This class will explore common edible foraging plants found in Tallahassee. It will cover how to identify these plants, prepare them for consumption, and practice safe foraging techniques. After the workshop, Bryce will lead a walk around the nursery grounds, giving you the opportunity to identify some of the edible native plants on site.
