Are you interested in creating a meadow, pocket prairie, or native grassland on your property? Join Nia Wellendorf, President of the Magnolia Chapter of the Florida Native Plant Society, as she shares her personal experience in establishing a meadow-themed garden in her yard. Nia will discuss the reasons for planting, ideal locations, and practical methods for creating these beautiful, diverse spaces. She will cover planning, plant selection, preparation techniques, and tips for planting and maintenance. You’ll leave with a basic toolkit to help you establish a vibrant and thriving habitat on your property.
