Our services are designed to assist do-it-yourselfers and provide convenience for our in-store customers.  

DELIVERY SERVICE

Purchased a 6-foot-tall tree, but have no way to get it home? We offer a delivery service to help! The delivery fee will depend on the distance and the labor required, which will usually involve a 1- or 2-person delivery team. We also provide installation through our "You Buy, We Plant" service, part of our blended services. 

PLANT IDENTIFICATION

Need help identifying a mystery plant? Bring us pictures, leaves, and cuttings if possible, and we will assist you in identifying it. 

CONTAINER BUILD

You can bring your own container or purchase one from our store. One of our sales associates will help you design a beautiful container garden. Finished containers will be available for pick-up within 48 hours. 

HOUSEPLANT REPOTTING

Bring us your houseplants for repotting, and they will be ready for pick-up within 48 hours. Alternatively, check out our houseplant selection, and we'll pot a new plant for you. 

BLENDED SERVICES

These services often start at the nursery and may include labor or consultations at your home. 

GARDEN COACHING/CONSULTATION

Sometimes, having an extra pair of eyes can make a difference in your garden. We offer garden coaching consultations where our experienced designers can provide advice to help you develop the garden of your dreams without the full price of a landscape design and plan. YOU BUY, WE PLANT

Purchase a tree or shrub—based on your own plan or one we help you create—and we will deliver and install the plants for you. Plant installations are scheduled by appointment, and the labor charge varies based on the time required. It is $65.00 per man-hour, with a minimum of 1 hour. After the first hour, services are billed in quarter-hour increments.

CONTAINER DESIGN

If you would like us to install a container garden at your home, you will work with our container gardening expert. They will design and install the perfect container garden for your home or business. We charge $85.00 per hour with a 1-hour minimum, prorated to the quarter hour. Additional charges may apply for distant visits. 

WILDLIFE STRUCTURE INSTALLATION OR MAINTENANCE

Need help setting up your newly purchased bird feeders or bluebird houses? We can assist! We also offer setup services for wood duck houses, purple martin houses, and bat houses. 

HOLIDAY DECORATION & TREES

As a year-round garden center, we offer holiday decorations and Fraser fir Christmas trees, making us very busy during the holiday season. Our decorating experts can help you shop our selection or design and create the perfect centerpiece or wreath for your gatherings. We proudly carry the freshest and best-looking Fraser fir Christmas trees available from a small family farm in Boone, NC. All evergreen materials and Christmas trees are delivered on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. Don't forget to inquire about tree delivery and setup!
